Well said...I knew them when they still called themselves Mammoth, and worked as a roadie for them a couple of times. I remember the guys who took care of their first roadie after he lost his arm when a guitar amp being moved shifted and crushed it-and continued to take care of him and his family for years later.

I remember picking Eddie and Dave up on the side of the road after Dave ran his brand new British sportscar out of gas, driving them to the nearest gas station (15 miles away), borrowing a 5 gallon gas can for them (cause the guy at the garage/gas station knew me, but not those long-haired hippies), then driving them back to the car and following them to make sure they returned the gas can...

And I remember the look of joy when Eddie didn't have to do anything but play. That's what it's always been about with him.
